CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to accept a permanent easement for utility purposes, as more particularly described on the Easement Agreement attached as Exhibit 1, from 2700 WEST, LLC, at no cost to the city, over the real property legally described and depicted on Exhibit A to Exhibit 1.

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes the acceptance of a permanent easement for utility purposes from 2700 WEST, LLC, at no cost to the city, over property in the Lincoln Park neighborhood at the intersection of 27th Avenue West and Michigan Street.
