CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to execute an agreement, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A, with the Duluth Library Foundation formalizing the relationship between the Foundation and the Duluth Public Library.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes an agreement which formalizes the relationship between the Duluth Library Foundation and the Duluth Public Library. The Agreement provides for collaboration between the Library and Foundation with regards to marketing, fundraising and long range planning.
