CITY PROPOSAL:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the city council of the city of Duluth hereby issues the following on sale 3.2 percent non intoxicating malt liquor license for the period ending April 30, 2019, and approves issuance of the following on sale wine license for the period ending August 31, 2019, subject to departmental approvals, the payment of sales and property taxes, and further subject to approval of the Liquor Control Commissioner;
Wasabi Duluth, LLC (Wasabi Duluth),132 East Superior Street, STE 2A, with Oin Wang, 50 percent owner and Xiaoming Huang. 50 percent owner.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: The applications of Wasabi Duluth, LLC. for an on sale 3.2 percent non intoxicating malt liquor license and on sale wine license were reviewed by the Alcohol, Gambling and Tobacco Commission at their meeting on October 3rd, and were unanimously approved.
