CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to accept a permanent easement for street and utility purposes, as more particularly described on the Easement attached as Exhibit 1, from the State of Minnesota, for $196, over the real property legally described and depicted on Exhibit A to Exhibit 1; payment to be made from Fund No. 510-500-1930-2330-5414 (Water, Public Works and Utilities, Engineering, Utility Engineering, Software Licenses and Maintenance Agreements).

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes the acceptance of a permanent easement for street and utility purposes from the State of Minnesota, for $196, over tax-forfeited property located at the intersection of Skyline Parkway and E. 13th Street.
