CITY PROPOSAL:

RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to accept a permanent easement for street and utility purposes, as more particularly described on the Easement attached as Exhibit 1, from Zenith Terrace Associates, LLP, Minnesota limited liability partnership, at no cost to the city, over the real property depicted on Exhibit A to Exhibit 1 and legally described on Exhibit B to Exhibit 1.

 

Statement of Purpose

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE:  This resolution authorizes the acceptance of a permanent easement for street and utility purposes from Zenith Terrace Associates, LLP, at no cost to the city, over property located in the Bayview Heights neighborhood.  The property granted by the easement extends into Terminal Avenue, making a portion of Terminal Avenue less than 40 feet (the width of the platted street).  The granting of this easement now makes Terminal Avenue 40 feet in width in its entirety.
