CITY PROPOSAL:

RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to accept a permanent utility easement for natural gas purposes, as more particularly described on the Easement Agreement attached as Exhibit 1, from Graf LeSavage and Jill A. LeSavage, at no cost to the city, over the real property legally described and depicted within Exhibit 1.

 

Statement of Purpose

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE:  This resolution authorizes the acceptance of a permanent utility easement for natural gas purposes from Graf LeSavage and Jill A. LeSavage, at no cost to the city, over property near Jean Duluth Road and Paine Farm Road. 

 

The City is installing a new gas main in the area to service the properties surrounding and adjoining the easement area.  The easement accepted by this resolution is for the gas main only-individual service connections for each property are contained in the service agreement with Comfort Systems.
