CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the appointment of Noah Schuchman to the position of chief administrative officer is hereby confirmed and that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to execute and implement an employment contract substantially in the form of that attached hereto as Exhibit A.
