Statement of Purpose

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution will authorize an agreement with MnDOT providing for reimbursement by MnDOT to the city for the city’s professional engineering services associated with state-performed road and utility work on 22nd Avenue West, anticipated to begin in the summer of 2019.  This agreement allows the state to reimburse the city for its design and construction engineering services.  The city will request proposals for this work and expects to bring agreements for engineering services to the November 13 council meeting.  This agreement provides for the state to reimburse the city for those upcoming engineering service contracts.
