CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to accept, substantially in the form attached as Exhibit 1, from the State of Minnesota, for $196: (a) a non-exclusive perpetual easement for utility purposes over, under, and across the lands described on Exhibit A and depicted on Exhibit B to the attached Exhibit 1, and (b) a non-exclusive perpetual easement for access purposes over, under and across the lands described and depicted on Exhibit C on the attached Exhibit 1; payment to be made from Fund No. 510-500-1930-2330-5414 (Water, Public Works and Utilities, Engineering, Utility Engineering, Software Licenses and Maintenance Agreements).
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes the acceptance of a permanent easement for utility and access purposes from the State of Minnesota, for $196, over tax-forfeited property located near the intersection of Becks Road and 108th Street.
