CITY PROPOSAL:
Be it resolved that the city council of the city of Duluth hereby approves the issuance of the following off sale intoxicating liquor license for the period ending August 31, 2019, subject to department approvals, the payment of sales and property taxes, and further subject to the approval of the Liquor Control Commissioner:
Lakeside Liquor, Inc. (Lakeside Liquors), 4507 East Superior Street, Dawn Moran, 51 percent owner and Mark Moran, 49 percent owner.

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This application for issuance of the off sale intoxicating liquor license to Lakeside Liquor, Inc. (Lakeside Liquors), 4507 East Superior Street, has been reviewed and approved by the Alcohol, Gambling and Tobacco Commission at their November 7, 2018 meeting
