CITY PROPOSAL:
Be it resolved that the city council of the city of Duluth hereby approves the issuance of the following off sale intoxicating liquor license for the period ending August 31, 2019, subject to department approvals, the payment of sales and property taxes, and further subject to the approval of the Liquor Control Commissioner:
DM Stokke Inc. (Stokke’s Liquor Store), 5631 East Superior Street, Monica Regina Stokke, 50 percent owner and Dennis William Stokke, 50 percent owner.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This application for issuance of the off sale intoxicating liquor license to DM Stokke Inc. (Stokke’s Liquor Store), 5631 East Superior Street, has been reviewed and approved by the Alcohol, Gambling and Tobacco Commission at their November 7, 2018 meeting.
