CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to renew an agreement bearing city contract number 23359 with Tyler Technologies, Inc. for the maintenance and support of New World Systems software for 2019 for an amount not to exceed $209,001.92, payable from the following:

Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes the renewal of agreement 23359 with Tyler Technologies, Inc. for software maintenance and support for New World Systems for year 2019.
The New World suite of software applications support the City’s Financial Management, Human Resources, Payroll, Utility Billing, Animal and Business Licensing functions.
