CITY PROPOSAL:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the city council of the city of Duluth hereby approves the transfer of the following on sale wine and on sale non intoxicating beer license effective upon the agreed upon closing date for the period ending August 31, 2019 for wine and April 30, 2019 for beer, subject to departmental approvals, and the payment of sales and property taxes and utilities:
Paul Johnson (Iron Mug Coffee House, 1096 88th Ave West, Duluth transferred to Letica’s Iron Mug, LLC (Letica’s Iron Mug), same address.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: The application of Letica’s Iron Mug for transfer of the on sale wine and on sale non intoxicating beer license of the Iron Mug Coffee House, (Paul Johnson) has been reviewed by the police department, and the application was reviewed and approved by the alcohol, gambling and tobacco commission at the January 2, 2019 meeting.
