RESOLUTION APPROVING PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO THE SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE EXISTING CIVIL SERVICE CLASSIFICATION OF PARKING MANAGER, INCLUDING A TITLE CHANGE TO PARKING SERVICES MANAGER, AND SPECIFYING CONTRACT BENEFITS FOR SAME.

CITY PROPOSAL:

RESOLVED, that the proposed amendments to the specifications for the existing civil service classification of parking manager, including a title change to parking services manager (attached as Exhibit A), which were approved by the civil service board on January 8, 2019, are approved.  This classification shall be subject to the city's collective bargaining agreement with its supervisory unit employees; and that pay range for said classification shall be Range 1095-1100, $6,182 to $7,713 per month.

 

Statement of Purpose

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE:  This existing classification of parking manager has been revised (including a title change to parking services manager) to remove old language, update the formatting and add our standard language.  There is no change in the rate of pay, which is Pay Range 1095-1100, pay rate of $6,182 to $7,713 per month.
