CITY PROPOSAL:

RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are authorized to enter into an agreement substantially in the form of that attached hereto as Exhibit A with the United States Coast Guard

Statement of Purpose

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE:  This resolution authorizes the City to enter into an agreement with the U.S. Coast Guard to provide firefighting and shallow rescue assistance to the Duluth U.S. Coast Guard Station service area.  This agreement establishes the responsibilities, procedures, liability, reimbursement, and other terms.
