RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are authorized to amend an agreement, bearing city contract number 23110, with Granicus, Inc. for an additional three years of software subscriptions and management for a total amount not to exceed $138,509.72, payable from fund 110-110-1101-5414 (General, Legislative & Executive, City Council, Other Professional Services).
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes an amendment to an agreement with Granicus, Inc. for an additional three years of software and managed services for the Granicus suite of legislative, meeting, boards and commissions and closed captioning software for an amount not to exceed $138,509.72. The Granicus software is used for various records and management services for boards, commissions and city council activities.
