CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that contract 22895 with AMI Consulting Engineers P.A. for professional engineering services for the repair and rehabilitation of the seawall surrounding the DECC be amended to increase the amount by $69,200 for a new total of $864,103.39, payable from Street Program 440, Department 038 (Special Assessment Contracts), Object 5530 (Improvements Other than Buildings), city project no. SIP2019-1656, requisition no. 19-0160.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution will authorize an amendment to the contract with AMI Consulting Engineers P.A. for the repair and rehabilitation of the seawall surrounding the DECC. This amendment includes costs for design and construction management services for the repair to Harbor Drive damaged during the seawall replacement project.
