CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are authorized to enter into a six-year agreement substantially in the form of that attached hereto as Exhibit A, with Magnolia River Services, Inc. for software and software support services, including the “FlowGIS” software program, regarding real time city utility data collection and access, in a total amount not to exceed $78,000, to be paid from city fund 520-500-1905-5580 Capital Equipment
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes a six-year software and software support agreement with Magnolia Rivers Services, Inc. The agreement is to purchase installation and a six-year subscription and support of the “FlowGIS” program, which assists in field data collection, real time access to data, and workflow/workorder support to the city utilities.
