RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PERMANENT EASEMENT FOR SLOPES AND FILLS PURPOSES FROM THE TRUSTEES OF THE W & J FAMILY TRUST OVER, UNDER, AND ACROSS PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE INTERSECTION OF EAST FOURTH STREET AND HAWTHORNE ROAD, AT NO COST TO THE CITY.

CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to accept a permanent easement for slopes and fills purposes, substantially in the form attached as Exhibit 1, from the Trustees of the W & J Family Trust over, under, and across the lands legally described in Exhibit A to said Exhibit 1, which easement is legally described and depicted on Exhibit B to the attached Exhibit 1, at no cost to the City.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes the acceptance of a permanent easement for slopes and fills purposes from the Trustees of the W & J Family Trust over, under, and across property located at the intersection of East Fourth Street and Hawthorne Road, at no cost to the City. The acceptance of this easement gives the city a consistent width for slopes and fills along Fourth Street in this area.
