CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement, attached hereto as Attachment 1, with Zenith Asset Company, LLC, for a temporary construction easement, at no cost to the city, said temporary construction easement to expire on October 31, 2019.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes the city to accept a temporary construction easement from Zenith Asset Company, LLC. This temporary easement agreement is necessary to complete the work for the Superior Street reconstruction project, city project no. 0923TR.
