CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to enter into a contract with KTM Paving, Inc. for the Riverwest Drive gas main lowering project in the amount of $111,966.80, payable from Gas Utility fund 520, Department 500 (Public Works & Utilities), Division 1905 (Capital Improvements), Object 5533 (Capital Improvements - Revenue), city project no. 1805.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution will authorize award of a contract to KTM Paving, Inc. in the amount of $111,966.80. KTM Paving was the lowest responsible bidder of the three companies that responded. The engineer’s estimate was $280,000. Payable from Gas Utility fund 520, Department 500 (Public Works & Utilities), Division 1905 (Capital Improvements), Object 5533 (Capital Improvements - Revenue), city project no. 1805, requisition no. 19-0234.
