CITY PROPOSAL:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Duluth City Council approves the following on sale brewery license and Sunday (taproom) license for the period ending August 31, 2019, WITH Adam Ruhland and David Fitch, managers, subject to departmental approvals and the payment of sales and property taxes and utilities.
Camp Cider, LLC (Wild State Cider), 2515 West Superior Street.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: The application of Camp Cider, LLC has been reviewed by the police department, and the Alcohol, Gambling and Tobacco Commission at their April meeting and is recommending the application for approval.
