CITY PROPOSAL:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the city council of the city of Duluth hereby approves issuance of the following on sale 3.2 percent malt liquor license and on sale wine license for the periods ending August 31, 2019, and April 30, 2020, respectively, subject to departmental approvals, and further subject to the Liquor Control Commissioner: Corktown, LLC (Taco Arcada), 1902 West Superior St.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: The Alcohol, Gambling and Tobacco Commission reviewed this application at their April 3, 2019 meeting and the application was unanimously approved by the commission.
