CITY PROPOSAL:

                     BE IT RESOLVED, that the city council of the city of Duluth hereby approves the transfer of stock of the following on sale intoxicating liquor license and on sale Sunday license for the period ending August 31, 2019, subject to departmental approvals;

                                          Hanabi Japanese Cuisine Co. (Hanabi Inc.) 110 North 1^st Avenue West, with Wang Chen, 50 percent owner, MIashe Zhang, 50 percent owner.

Statement of Purpose

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: The Alcohol, Gambling and Tobacco Commission reviewed this application at their April 3, 2019 meeting and the application for transfer of stock for the on sale liquor license was unanimously approved by the commission.
