CITY PROPOSAL:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Duluth city council hereby approves the permanent expansion of the designated serving area of the following taproom license for the period ending August 31, 2020, subject to departmental approvals:
Duluth Cider, LLC (Duluth Cider), 22307 West Superior Street to include the outside area along side of the building.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: PURPOSE: The permanent expansion of the designated serving area of the taproom license of Duluth Cider, LLC. (Duluth Cider) was reviewed and recommended for approval by the Alcohol, Gambling and Tobacco Commission at their April 3, 2019 meeting.
