CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to enter into an license agreement, attached as Exhibit 1, with Wisconsin Central Ltd., for the right or license to construct, maintain and use a recreational trail over and across the property, as more particularly depicted on Exhibit A to Exhibit 1,for a total of $500.00 payable from Fund 450-030-5530-CP450-CCITY-0595TR(Capital Improvement Fund, Finance, Improvements Other Than Buildings, Cross City Trail Phase II).
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes a license agreement with Wisconsin Central Ltd., substantially in the form of that attached as Exhibit 1, for a total amount of $500.00. The main objective of the agreement is for granting defined access under a railroad trestle for a portion of the Cross-City recreational trail and its connectivity.
