CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the assessment roll attached as Exhibit A, levied to defray the assessable portion of the following is hereby confirmed and interest for this contract set at 3.38 percent:
Street resurfacing as part of the City’s Street Preservation Program
a. 9th/8th St from 6th Ave E to Woodland Ave
b. W Anoka St from Maxwell Ave to Woodland Ave
c. Bristol St from Central Ave to 1,000 feet East
d. Clover St from 8th St to Woodland Ave and 8th St from Clover to Wallace
e. Highland St from 57th Ave W to Central Ave, Highland to 8th St
f. Maxwell Ave from W Anoka St to W Redwing St
The total assessable amount of this project (Finance Contract No. 2018001, Fund 440) is $610,368.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution confirms the assessable portion of the above-related project at the estimated rate of $22 per front foot. This is the rate approved in the ordering resolution # 18-0186R passed on March 26, 2018.
