CITY PROPOSAL:

RESOLVED, that the proper city official are hereby authorized to accept a temporary easement for construction purposes as described in the temporary easement attached as Attachment 1, from L.J. Walsh Company, over the lands described and depicted on Exhibit A to Attachment 1, at no cost to the City.

Statement of Purpose

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE:  This resolution authorizes the acceptance of a temporary easement from L.J. Walsh Company for construction relating to the 2019 Citywide Sidewalk and Patch Improvement Project Number 1782. This temporary easement is over property located near South 27^th Avenue West and West Michigan Street.
