CITY PROPOSAL:

RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to accept, substantially in the form attached as Attachment 1, from Janhan LLC, a permanent easement for road and utility purposes over, under, and across the lands described and depicted on Exhibit A to Attachment 1, at no cost to the City.

Statement of Purpose

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE:  This resolution authorizes the acceptance of a permanent easement for road and utility purposes from Janhan LLC over, under, and across property located near the intersection of South 27^th Avenue West and West Michigan Street, at no cost to the City. 

The City is accepting this easement as part of construction relating to the 2019 Citywide Sidewalk and Patch Improvement Project Number 1782.
