CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to accept, substantially in the form attached as Attachment 1, from the State of Minnesota, for $150 permanent easements for street, stormwater, and drainage purposes over, under, and across the lands described and depicted on Exhibits A, B, C, D and E to the attached Attachment 1; payment to be made from Fund No. 110-500-1930-2300-5414 (General, Public Works and Utilities, Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Other Services and Charges).
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes the acceptance of permanent easements for street, stormwater, and drainage purposes from the State of Minnesota, for $150, over tax-forfeited property located in the area of the intersection of Triggs Avenue and Toledo Street.
