CITY PROPOSAL:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the city council of the city of Duluth hereby approves the temporary expansion of the designated serving area of the following on sale intoxicating liquor licensee for the following dates, subject to departmental approvals:
Grandma’s Angie’s Inc. (Little Angie’s Cantina) 525 Lake Avenue South, for June 22, 2019, serving from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m for Grandma’s Marathon; and on August 11-13, 2019 for Tall Ships serving from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: The Alcohol, Gambling and Tobacco Commission have reviewed the application at their May 1st commission meeting and are recommending approval.
