CITY PROPOSAL:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the city council of the city of Duluth hereby approves issuance of an on sale 3.2 percent malt liquor license and on-sale wine license for the periodd ending and April 30, 2020, and August 31, 2019 respectively, subject to departmental approvals, and further subject to approval of the Liquor Control Commissioner, to Eric and Lynn Goerdt (Northern Waters Smokehaus), 394 South Lake Avenue, Ste. 106.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution approves the issuance of an on sale 3.2 percent malt liquor license and on-sale wine license to Eric & Lynn Goerdt (Northern Waters Smokehaus) 394 South Lake Avenue, Ste 106. Said applications were reviewed by the police department and recommended for approval by the Alcohol, Gambling and Tobacco Commission at their meeting on May 1, 2019.
