RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH PARK POINT COMMUNITY CLUB TO HOST THE PARK POINT ART FAIR.

CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are authorized to enter into a license agreement, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 1, with the Park Point Community Club authorizing them to host the annual park point art fair and to utilize the beach house and associated amenities on the defined premise during the three day event.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: The purpose of this resolution is to grant a license agreement for the years 2018, 2019 and 2020 with the park point community club to host the three-day park point art fair. The community club will be required to pay an annual permit fee for the use of the premises, $1,700.00 in 2018, $1751.00 in 2019 and $1,803.53 in 2020. Additionally, the parties agree to allow parking for vendors and the public as depicted on Exhibit A during the event hours.
