CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to enter into a contract, substantially in the form of the attached Exhibit A, with SEH, Inc. to perform engineering services, including final bid documents, bidding support and full construction administration, staking and inspection services for the Cross City Trail Phase 2 in the amount of $144,100, payable from Capital Improvement Fund 450, Department/Agency 030 (Finance), Object 5319 (Other Professional Services), Capital project no. CP450-CCITY-0595TR, city project no. 0595TR, S.P. 118-090-018, and Minnesota project no. HPHH146.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution will authorize the provision of engineering services to perform project bidding/specifications/project manual and DCP documentation. It will also include construction staking, administration and inspection for the Cross City Trail Phase 2 project from the Carlton Street/Superior Street intersection to Irving Park in the amount of $144,100. The working fund will be Capital Improvement Fund 450, Department/Agency 030 (Finance), Object 5319 (Other Professional Services), Capital project no. CP450-CCITY-0595TR.
