CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to enter into a first amendment to agreement no. 22879, substantially in the form of that attached hereto as Exhibit A, with the Arrowhead Zoological Society, Inc., requiring the approval of the commissioner of Minnesota management and budget to any modifications of the management and operating agreement for the Zoo.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: The purpose of this resolution is to authorize an amendment to the management and operating agreement with the Arrowhead Zoological Society, Inc. to require the approval of the commissioner of Minnesota management and budget for any amendments to the city’s agreement with the Society. This is a condition of state funding for the improvements to the facility to be constructed this year.
