CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are authorized to contract with Jamar Company for HVAC Renovation at City Center West for a total amount not to exceed $474,610.00, payable from funds as follows:

Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes a contract with Jamar Company for HVAC Renovation at City Center West for an amount not to exceed $474,610.00.
The HVAC system at City Center West is beyond useful life and due for replacement. Construction includes new hot water heaters, hydronic boilers, air handling unit coils and associated condensing unit systems, perimeter radiant heating systems and associated modifications to the architectural, structural, plumbing, mechanical and electrical systems.
Purchasing issued an Invitation to Bid on March 19, 2019, and received one bid as listed below.
