CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proposed amendments to the specifications for the existing civil service classification of construction services manager (attached as Exhibit A), which were approved by the civil service board on April 2, 2019, are approved. This classification shall remain subject to the city's collective bargaining agreement with its supervisory unit employees; and the pay range for said classification shall change to Range 1105-1130, pay rate of $6,469 to $8,712 per month, from Range 1100-1115, pay rate of $6,322 to $8,238 per month.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: The existing classification of construction services manager has been revised to add the building official designation as well as standard template language additions. The pay range negotiated for this classification is Range 1105-1130, pay rate of $6,469 to $8,712 per month. This is a change from Range 1100-1115, pay rate of $6,322 to $8,238 per month.
