CITY PROPOSAL:

                     RESOLVED, that resolution no. 19-0242 is amended to authorize the proper city officials to enter into an agreement in the form of that attached hereto as Exhibit A, with Duluth Gospel Tabernacle, a Minnesota non-profit corporation, setting forth terms and conditions related to the replatting and development of property located south of Arrowhead Road, east of Stanford Avenue, north of West Marble Street and east of Robin Avenue.

 

Statement of Purpose

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: The purpose of this resolution is to correct an error in the identity of the developer of the Harbor Light project in Resolution No. 19-0242. 

 

The Harbor light Development is a collaboration between Harbor Light Development LLC and the Duluth Gospel Tabernacle.  During much of the negotiations for the development of the project, the identity of the named developer was Harbor Light Development LLC. Late in the process the determination was made by the developer group to change the identified developer to the Duluth Gospel Tabernacle.  Inadvertently, the wrong name was used in the authorizing resolution.  This resolution will correct that error.
