CITY PROPOSAL:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the city council of the city of Duluth hereby approves the transfer of stock of the following on sale intoxicating liquor license and on sale Sunday license for the period ending August 31, 2020, subject to departmental approvals:
Va Bene, Inc (Va Bene Cafe), 734 East Superior Street, with Patrick Moore, 50 percent stockholder and Luke Schmitz 50 percent stockholder.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: The Alcohol, Gambling and Tobacco Commission reviewed this application at their June meeting and the application for transfer of stock for the on sale liquor license was approved by the Commission.
