CITY PROPOSAL:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the city council of the city of Duluth approves the permanent expansion of the designated serving area of the following on sale 3.2% malt liquor and wine license and on sale Sunday license for the period ending August 31, 2019, subject to departmental approvals, and the payment of sales and property taxes:
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: The application by Dovetail Café and Marketplace for a permanent expansion of their on sale 3.2% malt liquor and wine license was reviewed by the Alcohol, Gambling and Tobacco Commission at their June 5th meeting. The police department has reviewed this application and have approved the expansion.
