CITY PROPOSAL:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the city council of the city of Duluth hereby approves issuance of the following on sale intoxicating liquor license for the period ending August 31, 2019, respectively, subject to departmental approvals, without further restrictions:
WEST THEATER, LLC with Robert Boone 100 percent owner.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: The application of West Theater, LLC (West Theater), for an on sale intoxicating liquor license has been reviewed by the police department, and the Alcohol, Gambling and Tobacco Commission at their June meeting and it has been recommended for approval.
