RESOLUTION APPROVING ISSUANCE OF AN ON SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE TO NORTHRIDGE ASSETS, LLC (TRU BY HILTON), 503 CLEARWOOD DRIVE, 55811.

CITY PROPOSAL: BE IT RESOLVED, that the city council of the city of Duluth hereby approves issuance of the following on sale intoxicating liquor license for the period ending August 31, 2019, respectively, subject to departmental approvals, without further restrictions:

NORTHRIDGE ASSETS, LLC with Jon Miskavige 45 percent owner, Jeremy Miskavige 35 percent owner, Ryan Carlson 20 percent owner.

Statement of Purpose

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE:  The application of Northridge Assets, LLC (Tru by Hilton),  for an on sale intoxicating liquor license has been reviewed by the police department, and the Alcohol, Gambling and Tobacco Commission reviewed the application at their June 5^th, 2019 meeting and is recommending approval.
