CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to enter into a contract with Northland Constructors of Duluth, LLC, for the Harbor Drive Overlay project in the amount of $164,000, payable out of Street Improvement Fund 440, Department/Agency 038 (Special Assessment Contracts), Object 5530 (Improvements Other than Buildings), city project no. 1836.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes the Harbor Drive Overlay Project by Northland Constructors of Duluth, LLC in the amount of $164,000. Northland Constructors of Duluth, LLC was the lowest responsible bidder of the two companies that responded. The engineer’s estimate was $145,000. Payable out of Street Improvement Fund 440, Department/Agency 038 (Special Assessment Contracts), Object 5530 (Improvements Other than Buildings), city project no. 1836, requisition no. 19-99398.
