CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the assessment roll attached as Exhibit A, which is levied to collect delinquent solid waste collection fees payable during the period of March 1, 2018, to June 1, 2019, as provided for in Chapter 24 of the City Charter, is hereby confirmed.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution confirms assessments for delinquent solid waste collection fees owed totaling $366,055.19 for the period of March 1, 2018, to June 1, 2019.
