CITY PROPOSAL:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the city council of the city of Duluth hereby approves the permanent expansion of the designated serving area of Crazy Uncle Ent. LLC (The Caddy Shack Indoor Golf & Pub), 2023 W. Superior St., as set forth on Attachment A, subject to departmental approvals, and the payment of any delinquent sales and property taxes.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: The application by Crazy Uncle Ent. LLC for a permanent expansion of the designated serving area of their on sale intoxicating license was reviewed by the police department and the Alcohol, Gambling and Tobacco Commission at their July 10, 2019 meeting and recommended for approval.
