CITY PROPOSAL:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the city council of the city of Duluth hereby approves the transfer of the on sale intoxicating liquor license, Sunday license, and 2:00 a.m. license, of Flame Nightclub, Inc. (Flame Nightclub), 28 North First Avenue West, to new owner JDV Hospitality, Inc., Justin Vranish, 100 percent stockholder, as set forth on Attachment A, for the license period ending August 31, 2020, subject to departmental approvals, and the payment of any delinquent sales and property taxes.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: The Alcohol, Gambling and Tobacco Commission reviewed the transfer application at their meeting of July 10, 2019 and has recommended approval of the transfer application.
