CITY PROPOSAL:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the city council of the city of Duluth hereby approves the transfer of the off sale intoxicating liquor license of Roto of Duluth, Inc. (University Liquors), 1603 Woodland Ave., to new owner Duluth Hillside Investment, Inc., Daniel Kamp, 50 percent member, Gregory Kamp, 50 percent member, as set forth on Attachment A, subject to departmental approvals, and the payment of any delinquent sales and property taxes.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: The Alcohol, Gambling and Tobacco Commission reviewed the transfer application at their meeting of August 7, 2019 and has recommended approval of the transfer application.
