CITY PROPOSAL:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the city council of the city of Duluth hereby approves issuance of the following on sale intoxicating liquor license for the period ending August 31, 2020, respectively, subject to departmental approvals, without further restrictions:
The Boreal House, LLC, with Katie Fast 70 percent owner and Julie LaTourelle 30 percent owner.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: The application of The Boreal House, LLC (The Boreal House), for an on sale intoxicating liquor license was reviewed by the police department, and the Alcohol, Gambling and Tobacco Commission at their August 7, 2019 meeting and has been recommended for approval.
