CITY PROPOSAL:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the city council of the city of Duluth hereby approves the transfer of the on sale intoxicating liquor license and Sunday license, of Northridge Assets, LLC. (Tru by Hilton), 503 Clearwood Drive, to new owner Kinseth Hospitality Company, Inc., Leslie Kinseth 25 percent, Bruce Kinseth 25 percent, Gary Kinseth 25 percent, and Lisa Skinner 25 percent, as set forth on Attachment A, for the license period ending August 31, 2020, subject to departmental approvals, and the payment of any delinquent sales and property taxes.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: The Alcohol, Gambling and Tobacco Commission reviewed the transfer application at their meeting of August 7, 2019 and has recommended approval of the transfer application.
