CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to enter into a contract with Michels Corporation for the 2019 Park Point Sanitary Sewer CIPP Lining project (Phase 2) in the amount of $610,820.60, payable out of Sanitary Sewer Fund 530, Department/Agency 500 (Public Works & Utilities), Division 1905 (Capital), Object 5533 (Capital Improvements - Revenue), city project no. 1758.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes the 2019 Park Point Sanitary Sewer CIPP Lining project (Phase 2) by Michels Corporation in the amount of $610,820.60. Michels Corporation was the lowest responsible bidder out of the four companies that responded. The engineer’s estimate was $784,000. Payable out of Sanitary Sewer Fund 530, Department/Agency 500 (Public Works & Utilities), Division 1905 (Capital), Object 5533 (Capital Improvements - Revenue), city project no. 1758, purchase order no. 19-0505.
